AOL going :-(
Now also the Economist has a piece on struggling AOL. The NYT had already featured a similar story at the end of April.
We all know that Jason Calacanis is usually quick to respond to AOL criticism these days. However, he never said a word about these two articles. He just announced that he "would have a lot more to say" about the NYT article just mentioned, but in the end pure silence remains.
Reason? Who knows. Maybe AOL's corporate communication policy forces Jason not to say anything, even though he always said he can say what he wants.
Also there used to be a blog entry on Jason's blog where he bragged he'd still be able to say 'fuck' on his blog whenever he wants. This entry seems to have disappeared!
